Location: Remote (with periodic in-office sessions)
Description:
Join our AI Systems Training team to support the development of future-facing automation tools. You will help prepare data sets, annotate behavioral patterns, and ensure high-quality input across training pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately label data and flag anomalies
Assist in quality control across training batches
Work with engineers to refine data requirements

Description:
Support internal messaging, campaign planning, and team-wide communications initiatives. This role will work closely with department leads to draft internal announcements, assist with onboarding content, and maintain message tone consistency across channels.

This is not a traditional internship. As part of our new Strategic Realignment Program, you’ll spend six months gaining real-world experience inside SolCrush — without the distraction of salary expectations.
You’ll contribute directly to active workflows, receive regular AI-driven feedback, and be dynamically reassigned at the end of the program. Some interns continue with SolCrush. Others carry what they’ve learned into the next stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Support live projects across multiple teams
Attend internal training and mindset alignment sessions
Receive feedback via ClaraHire™, our AI onboarding assistant
Complete the program with a final performance report and ClaraLay™ exit recommendation
